The good news is that moving from simply having goals to creating strategic action plans to achieve those goals is a teachable skill.
Join us for this workshop and learn the strategic action planning process and how to facilitate the process for yourself and your business. Learn the methods that successful people and organizations use to develop plans to achieve their overall, short-term and long-term goals. This impactful workshop will help you learn how to build your strategic plan for the coming year.
In this workshop, you will learn how to:
Define your goals
Add the details to your goals needed to turn them into plannable action items
Reverse engineer your goals into key milestones
Break down those milestones into action steps you can take to achieve your goals
*This workshop will be offered in person, with a virtual option.
Instructions: This event will be held in person at The Catalyst offices with a virtual option for those that cannot attend in person.
