Sonya Bailor, a distinguished consultant, coach, speaker, philanthropist, and growth strategist, has been selected by Vistage Worldwide, Inc., the world’s largest CEO coaching and peer advisory organization for small and midsize businesses, to establish a new CEO peer advisory group in Huntsville, Alabama. This new role complements her ongoing responsibilities as the President & CEO of Bailor Group, a boutique management and marketing consulting firm where she leads growth strategy diverse businesses, ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. Sonya’s commitment to unlocking growth potential has earned her recognition as a top 5 finalist for the esteemed 2023 Entrepreneur of the Year award.
Being a Vistage Chair aligns with Sonya’s mission to make an impact, inspire positive change, and stimulate growth by fostering a supportive and trusting community for business leaders.
